Finally our client, Deutsche Bahn, will be presenting on our user experience project with them.

Customers Using the Modern User Experience of PeopleSoft HCM [CAS4320]

Last year, Deutsche Bahn introduced HR self-services for managers and employees using Oracle’s PeopleSoft fluid technology for 92,000 users. Beyond the delivery of out-of-the-box self-services, Deutsche Bahn has extensively used PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface to design custom HR online services. Given the fact that two-thirds of Deutsche Bahn’s employees do not have frequent access to corporate (mobile) devices, user experience became a critical factor. User-centric design, a seamless integration into Deutsche Bahn’s HR portal, and a comprehensive mobile strategy were the keys to success. Come to this session to hear about Deutsche Bahn’s experience with fluid development and the value-added by the provisioning of latest PeopleSoft PeopleTools functions.
