Core Solutions

IntraSee has three core, popular solutions designed to take advantage of the cloud or put you on a path to that advantage. Fixing your user’s experience on the web, mobile or in chat are at the root of these solutions.

1. Chatbot (aka Digital Assistant) as a Service

Summary: Automate user help, reduce operating costs and improve user satisfaction.

Description: Ida is a one-stop bot solution combining enterprise AI, out-of-the-box functionality, expandability and automation. Ida excels in PeopleSoft/Oracle environments, but it also has integration adapters to over 10 major SaaS vendors and on-premise solutions.

Ida also can integrate with Oracle Cloud SaaS chatbot skills, it can hand off to and from other chatbots and live agents.

Implementation: The most common implementation is done in 6 weeks, tested for 6 weeks and live in production thereafter.

2. Portal as a Service

Summary: Improve user experiences, provide a one-stop shop, integrate help, content and data and fill gaps in SaaS functionality.

Description: Implement a one-stop-shop portal that combines your on-premise enterprise software with other common SaaS applications. Portal/CMS technology can vary according to client needs, but may include Oracle Content and Experience, Drupal and more.

As a cloud solution there would be no environment maintenance and upgrades required by your team.

Implementation: As fast as a 12-16 week implementation.

3. Portal as a Service: PeopleSoft Interaction Hub Edition

Summary: improve user experiences in a PeopleSoft environment, integrate other complimentary enterprise applications, benefit from a a fully managed PeopleSoft Interaction Hub.

Description: Enjoy all the benefits of our Portal as a Service, but running on PeopleSoft’s Interaction Hub (“iHub”). This offers additional benefits for PeopleSoft customers with no additional Oracle licensing costs. IntraSee’s Rapid iHub experiences get you up and running quickly with optional integrations to over 10 major SaaS vendors, as well as adapters for other on-premise solutions like OBIEE.

Note: For organizations already using the PeopleSoft Interaction Hub as an on-premise portal, we can also migrate you to the cloud without re-implementing your iHub.
